Wealth and Power is a Strange Thing.

ree

You ever heard the word plutocracy? Most folks haven’t. But once you understand it, the whole American system suddenly makes a lot more sense.

Plutocracy

1.      Government by the wealthy.

2.      A society run by the wealthy.

3.      A ruling class whose power comes from money.

Sound familiar? It should. Because if you live in America, you’ve never lived in a Republic, a system where the people hold supreme power. And you’ve never lived in a Democracy, a system where the majority actually decides everything.

No, for the last hundred years we’ve lived under a plutocracy operating with the fuel of capitalism.

Capital: money and assets.

Capitalists: the people who control the money, and therefore the society.

And this is exactly why 80% of Americans live paycheck to paycheck. Not because people are lazy. Not because everyone made bad choices. But because the system we were told we had does not match the system that actually exists.

We were taught “Democracy.”

What we got was the illusion of Democracy.

We were told “power to the people.”

But the power has always been to the wealthy.

Once you sit with the definition of plutocracy, the truth stops being controversial. It starts being obvious.

And here’s the deeper point:

The truly great men and women, the ones with integrity, compassion, wisdom, and vision, are rarely the ones at the top. Not because they aren’t worthy, but because the system only elevates those who has inheritance from the system, not the people.

That’s why the world feels so unbalanced right now.

That’s why everything looks chaotic.

That’s why the cracks are finally showing.

Because universal law doesn’t allow injustice to go unchecked forever. Sooner or later, the scales have to balance. And when the scales are this far off, the correction isn’t gentle, it’s global.

Which is why, whether you’re spiritual or not, you can feel something is shifting. The systems are deteriorating. Old powers scrambling. People waking up.

Call it karma.                                                                                                                                 Call it justice.                                                                                                                                    Call it divine timing.

But one thing’s for sure:

God will not sleep forever.
